Margaritas are amazing … made to excellence Strong and flavorful Best service by Alejandro He was sufficient not over bearing and gave us time and opportunity to engage with the menu The options are amazing Everything is definitely fresh and the chips were super fresh The place is super clean and cute First time but not the last The tortilla to the tacos was so fresh and you can tell homemade.. plus I never seen my boyfriend finish a whole burrito probably our favorite Mexican place at this point Also not very expensive with the drinks

They’ve won my heart. We came when they first opened and weren’t impressed. Decided to come back now that it’s been a couple years and WOW, so glad we did. From the comp tasty fresh salsa and chips, and margaritas to the food…*****. We shared the Aroz con Pollo and it was sooo tasty and more than enough for a couple that doesn’t eat huge portions (this would be a lot for one person). Anyway- we will be back. Just wish they were closer to us. Almost forgot - they have a HUGE indoor/outdoor bar and that will win me over any day.

I can’t believe I never knew this place existed—it’s tucked away right on Airport Road, next to the movie theater, and it’s an absolute gem! La Condesa is a wonderful Mexican restaurant serving all the traditional favorites plus some Americanized options for those who like a twist. The moment I saw they had chocolate mole on the menu, I was sold. This is not something you find everywhere, and the fact that they offer it here is a big win. I ordered the chicken chimichanga with the chocolate mole and it was rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. My friend went with the chicken and shrimp fajitas, which were sizzling, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant itself is super clean and welcoming, and the staff is attentive—maybe too attentive at times. The servers circled back every 10 minutes or so, which was great for quick refills but also felt a little rushed, like they were hovering. That said, everyone was friendly and eager to make the experience great. One small note: the floor the night we went felt like it had just been waxed, so tread lightly! Overall, La Condesa is a hidden gem with authentic flavors, great portions, and a warm vibe. Between the chocolate mole (a rarity!) and the overall quality of the food, I’ll definitely be back.

We went for lunch on a weekday and were seated right away. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent—flavorful, fresh, and reasonably priced. One suggestion would be to offer a spicier hot sauce or a spicier version of the guacamole, as the current options were pretty mild. That aside, everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend for a solid Mexican meal!

Incredible Food & Margaritas! La Condesa is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was top-notch. The margaritas were some of the best we’ve ever had—perfectly balanced and refreshing. The cheese dip was rich and creamy, the perfect starter before diving into the tacos. The taco de birria was out of this world—tender, flavorful, and packed with that slow-cooked goodness. The Tex-Mex tacos were just as delicious, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that kept us coming back for more. Everything was made with care, and you could truly taste the quality. If you’re looking for amazing Mexican food with fantastic drinks, La Condesa is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!

3rd time I've been here. I got veggie fajita, then my boys got a the birria and a burger...not sure why. The veggies were a little over cooked however the LOVED the massive orchata. Birrias were great. Old review I didnt post: The 1st time we ate here, we vowed to make it our new mexican restaurant spot. It was perfect the first time. This is not the fish taco spot. The fish was too salty and not fresh and dried out. The nachos were good and my son says the burrito was ok. The best part was my drink. We will try for a 3rd time. Atmosphere is great.

I had an excellent time at this restaurant! I ordered the steak and blue crab, which was highly recommended by our waiter, Ambrosio. He provided amazing service with great vibes, making the experience even more memorable. I would definitely come back just to be served by him again. Highly recommend this place!
